Our resort is a family friendly park. We expect all our guests to conduct themselves in such a manner that their behavior reflects the environment we have created.

Foul language, drunk and disorderly conduct, loud music and domestic disputes are not tolerated. Shall our staff have to issue a warning for such behavior, you may be asked to vacate the premises immediately without a refund.

If police are called to address an issue, you will be asked to leave immediately, no questions asked.

Copano Bay RV Resort is privately owned and operated. We maintain the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these or other posted park rules. 

We appreciate your business and we hope you enjoy your stay. Our goal is to meet or exceed all customer expectations. These rules are in place to ensure the safety, security and enjoyment of all our guests.

Copano Bay RV Resort Staff

 

Deposit of half of total amount required on all monthly reservations. 

Nightly/Weekly reservations will need to be paid in full at time of booking.

Specific sites may be requested but not guaranteed.

Check out is 11:00 am and is strictly enforced. There will be a $25.00 late check out fee for anyone leaving after 11:00 am.

Check in for RV sites is between 1:00 pm and 8:00 pm. Staff is on site and available by phone after 5:00 pm.

Management reserves the right to refuse service and/or request departure without refund or notice.

Management assumes no responsibility for injury, accident, and/or loss for any reason. Management is not responsible for loss or damages to personal property caused by others or mother nature.

Anyone who willfully or negligently defaces, destroys, or damages property or equipment of the resort will be liable for repair and/or replacement costs.

 

Copano Bay RV Resort has a “No Refund Policy”. No exceptions will be made for personal emergencies. Reservations can be moved out in date and used at another time. No calls/no shows on arrival dates will result in cancellation.

 

No Sub Leasing Allowed

Rates include taxes, water, sewer, and wi-fi.

Rates are subject to change without notice.

No rentals to guests under the age of 21 without an adult present.

Rates are based on 4 people. You may have up to 6 people per site for an additional $10 per person per day.

 

General Resort Rules

Visitors must check in at the office.

Electric is .16¢ per KWH.

All sites must be kept neat and tidy. 

Outside freezers must be kept behind RV

Please secure all outside items to keep from blowing into other sites.

On mowing days please change placement of sewer hose so maintenance can weed eat/mow.

Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am Sunday to Thursday and 11:00 pm to 7:00 am Friday/Saturday. During quiet hours, guests must remain at their respective site, no congregating, no loud music, karaoke. Please be respectful to other guests and our staff.

Disruptive noise, abusive language and/or contact will not be permitted at any time and can result in a notice to vacate premises immediately.

High-Profile exterior lighting must be turned off by 10:00 pm.

Discharging of firearms and/or fireworks are strictly prohibited.

Texas law requires all sewer hoses to be fastened with a threaded connector. Sewer hoses must be elevated off the ground with a support.

All buildings and common areas are smoke free.

There is a 10-year age limit on all RV’s unless prior approval is granted. 

No tent camping allowed.

No window AC units allowed.

All RV’s must have a surge protector. Management is not responsible for any electrical surges.

Proper sewer/water hose are required.

No outside clotheslines.

No vehicle repair/maintenance allowed on site.

Our park is kid friendly has a 5 MPH speed limit that is strictly enforced at all time. We take this very seriously and you will be asked to leave. Safety of our guests is our #1 priority.

Two (2) vehicles per site are allowed with yellow parking passes. Passes must be displayed at all time. When the park is full, please park parallel in front of your RV/site leaving enough room for traffic flow.

Overflow parking is located by the office/clubhouse.

Parking on grass is strictly prohibited. Any damages caused by guests will result in fines.

 

Children

All children under the age of 12 must be accompanied/supervised by an adult at all times.

Children are not allowed to roam the park/fishing pier/clubhouse/bathhouse/or swimming pool area without an adult.

Billiards table is for guests 16+.

Exercise room is for guests 18+,

Destruction of property such as board games, ping pong table or any other times will not be tolerated.

Parents are responsible for their children at all times.

No bicycles, scooters or skateboards may be ridden after dark.

Bicycles are provided by the park but must be checked out and returned daily by 5:00 pm Fall/Winter and 8:00 pm Spring/Summer.

Golf carts are to be driven by licensed adults only. No one under 16 is permitted to operate a golf cart unless accompanied by an adult and approved by management.

Golf carts are to be driven on concrete only and not allowed in the grass areas.

 

Summer Pool Rules

No lifeguard is on duty and guests must swim at their own risk. 

Pool hours are 9:00 am to 10:00 pm daily but may be closed due to maintenance or weather.

No smoking in pool area.

No glass containers

No pets in pool area or tied up outside of pool.

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

No jumping/diving/splashing/horseplay

Please be respectful to all visitors

Call 911 for any pool emergencies.

 

Fishing Pier

All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No exceptions to this rule.

Crab traps must be removed in accordance to the Texas Parks and Wildlife rules and regulations.

Any fish caught must meet the Texas Parks and Wildlife bag and size limit in order to keep.

Please be respectful and dispose of fish remains or bait.

Do not leave a mess for the next guest to clean up.

 

Pet Guidelines

All pets must be registered at the office and be up to date on vaccinations.

Pit bulls, Dobermans, Chows, Wolf Hybrids, Rottweilers or any aggressive dog towards others will not be allowed.

Pets must be on a leash and under owner control at all times.

Pets are not allowed to be left outside overnight.

Pets are not to be tied out or crated outside unless owner is with them.

Pets are not allowed in pool area, fishing pier, bathhouse, laundry room or clubhouse at any time.

All pet owners must promptly pick up after their pet. Any owner caught not picking up after their pet will be charged $25.00.

Please do not let dogs on grassy areas when signs are posted. (playground, pool area, etc.)

 

Bathhouses

Our staff takes pride in keeping our facilities clean and sanitary. Please pick up after yourself.

The bathhouses are open from 6:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. Last shower is at 9:30 pm. No exceptions 

 

Cabins/Tiny Homes

Check in is 4:00 p.m. and Check out is 10:00 a.m 

Any late check outs will incur a $25.00 late check out fee. 

Any late check outs must be approved by management at check in.

No pets (including service pets) are allowed in the cabins/tiny homes at any time. This is strictly enforced.
